How to read these figures
- Education / government = the origin ASN's network type (ASNType), the same rule as the EDU and GOV packages.
- Shares are of the country's routed /24s. An ASN's country = where most of its /24s geolocate.
- Network types come from PeeringDB self-declared types, bgp.tools classes and source flags, so a small or unlisted network can be missing.
- The government flag is noisier than the education one: a few commercial networks carry it. Treat government figures as indicative.
